Comfortable apartment for 6 people in a beautiful complex, ideal for enjoying your vacation in Denia with the family. The apartment with a terrace is located on the ground floor with access to the communal pool.
It belongs to the attractive and well-maintained private urbanization ESTRELLA DE MAR, with a lovely pool, showers, and a Mediterranean garden area.
The 90 m2 apartment is distributed on a single floor. We enter through the terrace, which is fully equipped with awnings, designer fabric furniture, comfortable cushions, and loungers. The terrace faces northwest, making it ideal for breakfast and lunch during the warmer months. Ceiling fans on the terrace help keep the atmosphere cool in the evenings.
The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa and modern and functional furniture, including a Smart TV. The property has centralized air conditioning throughout and modern, silent standing fans.
The fully equipped, separate kitchen features all modern appliances and ample kitchenware to make your stay very pleasant. There\'s a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, and electric water heater.

Denia is situated four hours by car from Madrid and one hour from Valencia and Alicante, right on the Mediterranean Sea.
The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia, both just one hour away via the AP7 highway. From the AP7, take exit 62 towards Ondara/Denia/Javea, heading to Denia.
