Villa delle Mimose is a vacation cottage for rent in San Foca, marina of Melendugno. With large equipped outdoor spaces, it is on two levels and offers up to 12 beds.
The cottage is equipped with all the main accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven and microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer TV, mosquito nets on the second floor.
In the large garden there are outdoor shower, parking spaces and outdoor dining area. Pets are allowed.

The cottage is introduced by a large courtyard partly paved and partly with ornamental flower beds. The exclusive-use courtyard allows for multiple car parking. A lovely furnished porch is ideal for outdoor dining. Finally, at the back is the relaxation area with an above-ground swimming pool.
The villa is on 2 levels:
On the ground floor are the kitchen, 1 triple bedroom with double bed plus single, 1 full shower room. Both the kitchen and the triple room have direct access to veranda.
On the second floor the air-conditioned hallway leads to the kitchen and 1 double bedroom. A hallway leads to the 4 bedrooms and 1 windowless shower room. The 4 bedrooms are 1 triple with French double bed + single bed, 1 twin room with single beds, and 1 double room with single bed and ready bed.
All upstairs bedrooms have direct access to balconies and are equipped with mosquito nets.

Villa delle Mimose is located in San Foca less than 500 meters from the sea and the main services. San Foca is one of Melendugno`s most vibrant marinas, award-winning for its accessible beaches, services, crystal clear sea and clean sand.
From San Foca you can easily reach other popular destinations for beach vacations in Salento, such as Torre dell`Orso, Roca and Torre Sant`Andrea.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- Air conditioner not in all rooms.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathrooms have no windows.
