Mansour is a charming holiday home situated in a private complex in Positano. The house is immersed in a wide terraced garden with plenty of olive trees, lemons, tangerines and many other typical species of the Amalfi coast.
On top of this, Mansour boasts stunning views over the Amalfi coast and Li Galli islets.
The property consists of two double bedrooms with en­suite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, while the other has 2 single beds and direct access to the garden terrace.
All the interiors have been projected according to the highest standard with great care to details, with antique furnishings that make this holiday home very particular and attractive.
Mansour has also a well­equipped kitchen provided with all mod cons and a comfortable dining area.
Outside, the property is equipped with garden furnishings and enough space for tasting delicious al fresco meal admiring the amazing view.
The swimming pool is beautiful and it is shared with the other guests of this 5­houses residence. Its water is enriched with oxygen, so chlorine is not used and there is an olive tree nearby, which offers some shade during the afternoon.
Finally, a further highlight of Mansour is the semi­private beach that can be easily reached through an internal flight of stairs, only for guests use.

Rental Rules:
A 50% deposit has to be paid at time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 7 nights, arrival-departure days: Saturday. Stays shorter than 7 days are allowed during the low season with a minimum of 4 nights.
Rates are inclusive of first grocery, water, electricity, gas, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, as well as one midweek linen change and mid-week cleaning services.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM;
Check-out is by 10:00 AM; Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out are possible (with supplement); On-site assistance is guaranteed 7/7, 12/24; Guests have direct access to the private and equipped beach.
The guests are kindly required to take with them copies of their passports.
The shared swimming pool is open 9AM to 6PM from May 1st through October 16th (depending on weather conditions).

Security Deposit (refundable):
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a damage deposit of € 500. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.

Additional Expenses:
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
