Nice and modern appartement

The appartement is in the very center of Arco, so parking is not so easy. From here you can start some intersting trekking or hiking tours. By car there are lots more. The Garda lake is reachable by car or bike in a few minutes (10 resp 30) Supermarkets are nearby, restaurants anf bars are everywhere within a 5 min walk. You find nearly all the equipment for cooking, electrecity wasn't as stable as hoped. Thanks for the stay!

Super, sehr schön eingerichtet, modern, alles, was man braucht ist da. VERMIETER war sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Waschmaschinen sind da. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Wir können nur weiterempfehlen.

Ich soll eine Bewertung für das Objekt schreiben, obwohl mir der Host kurz vorher storniert hat

Aufenthalt fand nicht statt, da Host überbucht hatte und mich kurz vorher gebeten hat, zu stornieren. Das habe ich natürlich nicht gemacht, denn dann wäre ich evtl. auf den Stornokosten sitzen geblieben. Kommunikation mit fewo-Direkt äusserst schwierig und nicht unbedingt hilfreich. Ich musste mehrmals einen Chat eröffnen und energisch um die Rückzahlung meiner bereits bezahlten Kosten kämpfen. Irgendwann hat der Host seinerseits storniert, jedoch nur einen Teilbetrag zurück bezahlt. Den Test habe ich nach erneuter Aufforderung dann endlich auch erhalten. Abgesehen davon, dass es nicht einfach war, für 5 Personen schnell eine Ersatzunterkunft zu finden, werde ich künftig davon absehen bei fewo zu buchen. Fewo müsste eigentlich im System haben, dass ich nicht in der Ferienwohnung übernachten konnte, bittet aber um eine Bewertung des Aufenthalts???
