A luxury villa with exceptional views looking out across the azure waters of Agios Nikolaos, all the way to Kefalonia and beyond. Kyanos has just been finished and offers plenty of sociable alfresco space, bohemian-chic decor and an infinity pool. Kyanos has 5 stylish bedrooms. All have their own bathrooms and some have sweeping terraces. The minimalist interiors are finished with raw, natural materials and fabulous rattan features. What makes Kyanos really special is the seamless flow of indoor and alfresco spaces that work together in harmony, all overlooking the impressive infinity pool and accompanied with soul-soothing sea views. There’s a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, a poolside day bed chill out area and a cool sunken seating space set slightly away from the main house – so you can enjoy the balmy Greek island sun for as long as the days allow.

What makes this property unique

Kyanos has one of the best views of any Villa on the island, we purchased the land 7 years ago and designed the villa ourselves using all our favourite elements from other villas we have stayed in over the years, every room has sea views that reach all the way to Kefalonia and mainland Greece, you also get to see all the fishing boats and yachts coming in and out of the harbour. We are also incredibly lucky to have the best restaurant in Greece 3 mins away from us.
