Location:

Villa Neptun is located on the Sobieszewska Island, 15 km from the center of Gdansk. The area is characterized by access to some of the last wild beaches, beautiful nature reserves (Ptasi Raj, Mewia Łacha), many viewpoints, boardwalks, and a wide range of services (restaurants, bars, stores, water schools, water and bicycle equipment rentals, etc.).

Just a short drive separates the Villa from Gdansk, where you can relax by strolling through the old town, visiting museums, theaters, viewpoints in the city, restaurants, pubs, or clubs.

In the area, you can take advantage of kayak rental (e.g. Canoe Haven Sobieszewo) and bike rental (e.g. RajStop Bike Rental), order a recreational or fishing boat cruise (cruises e.g. TRAFF, Z. Cydejko), arrange amber fishing (Traditional Amber Fishing New Year's Eve), windsurfing lessons, or horseback riding at the nearby Neptune Star Stables.

On the island there is a water tram stop, line no. F6, running towards the Fish Market, passing by the National Sailing Center. The tram runs 3 times a day between 05/01 and 09/30, and the cost of the course is: 45 PLN / person - one way cruise; 65 PLN / person - round trip.

People who want to try the delicacies of the sea will surely appreciate the fact that in the immediate vicinity there is a famous in Pomerania, one of the best fish bars - Tawerna Delfin.

The development is very well connected both in terms of comfortable car travel and reaching the nearest Lech Walesa Airport.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a new development, in a guarded estate. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a cozy bathroom.
The apartment includes a balcony.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The living room has a large sofa and a place to spend cozy evenings. The bathroom consists of a shower and a toilet. The apartment is also equipped with a kitchen containing all necessary appliances.
Our guests can use the ground parking, included in the rental price.

Guests can use all the amenities available at the apartment, both the coffee, tea, etc. prepared for them, as well as the apartment equipment (washing machine, hair dryer, etc.). We provide fresh linens and towels of hotel standard.

Due to the location of the apartment, we would like to ask you to obey the House Rules, mainly regarding the observance of curfew from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (absolute prohibition of parties after 10:00 pm) and the prohibition of smoking on the premises of the apartment.
Any violation of the rules will result in the initiation of the collection process by the reservation portal and the collection of a deposit.

Make yourself at home and take care of our place as if it were your own:
1. turn off the lights when you are not using them. Don't leave the lights on when you are away from your apartment, this way together we can help the environment by using electricity. Our home lighting affects the environment. By not turning off the lights, you increase pollution, which is a major environmental issue.
2 Don't allow unverified people into your home.
You are fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred during your stay. According to the guarantee of the host of the web portal through which the apartment was booked - Guests will be charged for any property damage. The list of contents is attached to the rules of this house.
3. people not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
Make sure you provide the correct number of sleeping guests. This is also important in terms of us being able to provide enough towels and bedding. Guests visiting you in the apartment are allowed. If you have friends or family you want to invite, discuss this with your host in advance.
4 Loud parties, receptions and various organization of other events, is strictly prohibited.
As a courtesy to our neighbors and for security reasons, this place is not rented for any special events or productions. Exceptions can be made if previously discussed and agreed upon.
5) Make sure all windows are closed before leaving the house (in case of rain, water will damage the wooden floor and cause flooding).
6.This is a non-smoking apartment.
7. Late check-out after 11:00 am is extra charge and costs €15/70PLN per hour.
Any disobedience to these rules will result in a procedure at the settlement center of the online portal through which the reservation was made which may further result in the collection of a deposit.
