Great and exclusive holiday home on the fishing paradise of Hellesøy, perfect for fishing holidays and anyone who wants peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Great holiday home that is perfectly situated, protected from the wind from the north in rugged surroundings on the fishing paradise of Hellesøy. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating. Large and open, well-equipped kitchen with access to the terrace in the north-west. Large window surfaces provide a great view of the sea. From the living room, you have access to a terrace with a great view of the boathouse and the canal as well as the town. 400 meters from the house there is a jetty with the boats, and there is a covered fileting space for fish with running water and light. Boats for rent - needs to be ordered at the same time as booking the holiday home: 21 foot Øien 620 with 70 HP, Garmin chartplotter/echo sounder and GPS 21 foot Øien 620 with 70 HP, Lowrance chartplotter/echo sounder and GPS 2 kayaks for rent free of charge. 400 m to electric car charging facilities.
