Over 50 reviews with an average 9.3 out of 10 which is well above Manila standard . SO Please be the first few to review me . now with 20% discount!!. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 1.5 miles to MOA, walking distance to Manila Convention center, Cultural Center, WTC and StarCity. 2 Miles to Rizal Park & Ocean Park and National Museums. 3 miles to NAIA Airport. Tastefully Decorated. Fast Internet, 50” 4K TV with Netflix, Extra comfy Emma Mattress, warm water Shower, washing Machine, Aircon, Pool, Games Room , Sky lounge and more . 24 hour Reception and Guards, 4star Luxury at 10-15% the price . My Home away from Home.
The space
SMDC Coast Residences is very new and is still being completed . Once Finalized it would have Active Games Rooms, Sky Lounges and Billiards Room and More. Thai would be around September 2022 . My Condo has all the Comforts you would need including Disney plus once it’s launched in the Philipines. The sofa bed has an extra utrax mattress that you can put on top . It’s good for smaller stature adults like Most Flipina’s lol and or children .
Other things to note
This is my Home from Home, Hello my dear . i am dany from london. now i am in pasay near MOA and which city do you stay ? am active travellers I have rented 50+ Condos in the philipines in the past few years and that’s why I bought Coast because of its Central location. manila has one of the Worst Traffic in the world which means you can lose half your time stuck in traffic . The location of my condo puts you 2 miles or so away from everything that’s important and Touristic in Manila . It’s my home and not just a rental place and I would ask that you treat it as if it was yours .

I am a life long traveller and have stayed in more than a 100 places in the philipines. until i bought this place which in my view is the best location in town. manila has a lot of trafiic and there is no where more convinient and more centeral to access all of what manila has to offer for a buisness person, a tourist or a diplomat.

Its my Home so designed for comfort and relaxation . quality memory foam mattress, extra bed not a sofa bed but a real queen size 8 inch mattress that turns in to a sofa. 50k 4k Tv with netflix. its my home not an investment or a hotel . I garuntee that non of the condos you will sleep in the philipines have the same level of comfort. i have slept in over 100 of them
