A pocos pasos de la playa, del puerto deportivo de Pomer y de una variedad de bares y restaurantes locales. Esta villa frente al mar se encuentra en una tranquila reserva natural. Es una excelente zona de ciclismo con la famosa península de Kamenjak.

We had a lovely time staying at Villa Jagoda. Good size Villa with good facilities. Villa owner was very helpful and was quick responding to our queries. Great location for local restaurants & small supermarket. We hired a car which helped us explore the local area of the Istria Peninsula which is simply stunning. Areas for improvement are as follows:2 showers on the first floor had inconsistent temperature and were regularly quite coldPool - some maintenance required and water levels spill over the top of the pool after heavy rain which makes the surface around the pool rather slippery

It's a really nice place, but the cleaning staff is only doing the bare minimum the kitchen is not organized stuff is just everywhere and anywhere. The outside is amazing but the outside storage rooms are so cluttered that if you want to put the cushions away because of bad weather it's hard to find a spot

Ideales Haus zum runterkommen

Ein sehr charmantes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Sehr netter und bemühter Besitzer. Kleinigkeiten am Haus wurden sofort erledigt! Da könnten sich die Dienstleister aus Deutschland eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Sollte es uns in diese Gegend noch einmal hinziehen, dann gerne wieder.

Leider sehr enttäuschend

das Haus und der Außenbereich war überhaupt nicht gesäubert, Schimmel in den Duschen, Kühlschrank total vereist Haus: von den 2 Eingangstüren, konnte nur eine geöffnet werden, die Jalousien waren teilweise ausgebrochen und konnten nicht geschlossen werden, die Balkontür vom Schlafzimmer konnte überhaupt nicht geschlossen werden - wir haben dies bereits direkt vor Ort der Betreuung gesagt und sie meinte nur, das Haus ist alt / sie wollte jemanden wegen dem Kühlschrank schicken, aber leider kam niemand / nach 3 Tagen war in dem einen Bad Wasser unter der Toilette, am nächsten Tag kam dann ein Klempner - der sagte, keine Ahnung woher, er schaut es sich an, wenn wir abgereist sind; weitere 2 Tage später kam auch unterhalb der anderen Toilette Wasser raus / Matratzen total durchgelegen / der Putz ist an vielen Stellen von den Wänden gebröckelt Außenbereich: Pool war dreckig, wurde dann zum Glück gereinigt / Stühle und Liegen fast alle defekt, teilweise Lehnen abgebrochen / viele Punkte (Ausstatungsmerkmale lt. Fe-Wo Direkt) sind nicht erfüllt z.b. keine Garage, kein Fön, WLAN sehr instabil, Fernsehen ging nicht, ... Wir sind von der Nachbarin gefragt worden, wann Richard endlich mal wieder kommt - er war schon über ein Jahr nicht mehr da => wahrscheinlich fühlt sich niemand verantwortlich für das eigentlich schön gelegene Anwesen und Haus, leider nicht gepflegt

Das Haus ist nicht zu empfehlen es muss einiges erneuert werden nur die lange ist gut!!

Wir waren mit den Haus überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Das Haus war nicht sauber flecken auf der decke der Boden war dreckig das kenn ich in anderen Häusern in Kroatien wo ich schon war überhaupt nicht. Die Couch ist durchmessen, die Betten durchgelegen, die Möbel auf dem Balkon gehen schon kaputt, der Staubsauger funktionierte nicht, die Waschmaschine hat ewig gebraucht und die Wäsche kam trotzdem dreckig und ganz nass wieder raus, weil sie nicht mehr richtig funktioniert. Die Möbel am Pool müssten auch mal erneuert werden, die Auflagen riechen muffig. Für ältere Leute, die bei uns mitgereist sind, ist der Pool nichts, vom Beckenrand bis zur ersten Stufe sind es ein Meter, da fehlt eine Stufe. Die Außenanlage könnte auch mal gepflegt werden, die sieht auch nicht so schön aus. Meine Meinung, das Haus bräuchte unbedingt eine Sanierung. Das einzig gute ist die Lage, aber mehr auch nicht.

All nice

Almost a perfect stay. The house is a a bit old, but all works well. One downside was the fact that first floor rooms are much nicer then groundfloor (both rooms are en suite while downstairs there is just one bathroom for two rooms and much less light), so with two families you need to make some choices. Pool is big enough and nice. Mosquitos are a nightmare, but well, what can you do :-)

Schönes Haus mit Pool und gut gelegen

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben gelegen, kurzer Weg an einen Strand (ca. 500m zu den Liegen gegen Gebühr), es ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand, ein paar Wartungsarbeiten wären nötig, um es in einen sehr guten Zustand zu bringen. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight und sehr gut gewartet, Grill und Terrasse runden das Bild ab. Betten und Schlafzimmer sind in einem guten Zustand, man merkt, dass das Haus für den Eigengebrauch gebaut ist, mit Liebe zum Detail! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfect holiday beach cottage

The house is exactly as described in the listing: four bedrooms 2 on the ground floor, one twin and one queen with shared bathroom and 2 on the first floor one with twin beds and the other with a queen size bed, each with an en suite bathroom. The house was clean when we arrived, the communication with the property manager was easy, fast and efficient. This is a comfortable beach cottage with a lovely pool area and outdoor dining area with outdoor built-in grill. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids. The house is in walking distance to a basketball court, beach with a Wibit inflatable water park and wake boarding. The closest supermarkets a 5-min drive away with larger hypermarkets in Pula, about 12-min drive. There are two decent restaurants (Konobas) in walking distance.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Teenagern eine sehr schöne Woche in dem wunderbaren Haus. Vor allem der Pool war sehr beliebt. Für Schnorcheln sind wir mit dem Auto zu umliegenden Buchten gefahren. Einfach nur Schwimmen oder Sup fahren ging zu Fuß ab dem Campingplatz. Das Wasser direkt vor dem Haus ist hierfür nicht geeignet. Vielen Dank an Richard und sein Team für die tolle Vorbereitung und die Begrüßung vor Ort.

Einfach toll - Villa am Meer mit großem Außenbereich und großem Pool

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Glamping 99, dessen Infrastruktur wie Einkaufsladen und Restaurants wir mitbenutzen konnten. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig gebaut und die Bilder entsprechen tatsächlich der Realität. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer, davon zwei mit eigenem Bad und zwei mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Es gibt sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, auf jeden Fall ausreichend für 8 Personen. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und macht nach wie vor einen guten Eindruck, auch wenn das Baujahr bereits 2007 war. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, jedoch gehört die Filterkaffeemaschine auf den Müll. Es musste einer um 6 Uhr ausfstehen um beim Frühstück um 8 Uhr einen Kaffee zu haben... ;-) Der Außenbereich ist grandios. Neben dem gigantischen Pool ca. 5m x 6m Seitenlänge gibt es Liegen für viele Personen, Sonnenschirme und eine mit einer Pergola überdachten Weinlaube, unter der ein großer Tisch mit 8 Stühlen steht, den wir jeden Morgen zum Frühstück genutzt haben. Zusätzlich gibt es dort auch noch den Grillplatz. Also uns hat es mit 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 4 Jugendliche) sehr gut gefallen. Für die Jugend war natürlich das WLAN und der Pool ausschlaggebend für die gute Bewertung. Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Schutzzone, da dort eine bestimmte geschützte Muschelart vorkommt. Aber ein paar Meter weiter gibt es den öffentlichen Strand, den man sich mit den Glamping 99 Gästen teilt.

Great Villa, well equipped kitchen, very clean. Poil boys came every second day! Unfortunately, the sea ground right in front of the villa is very muddy and there is alnost no access. The only air conditioning in the huge living room didn't work.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten herrliche Ferien in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten und mit allem Komfort ausgestatteten Haus. Es ist sehr geräumig und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder! Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, am Ende des Ortes, mit Blick auf den Meeresarm. Die Hausverwaltung war sehr aufmerksam und hat kleinere Probleme sofort gelöst. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen zum Wandern, Mountainbiken und auch für kulturelle Ausflüge. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Vielen Dank an Vermieter und Verwaltung!

Veldig koselig hus, fint uteområde. Men ikke dimensjonert for familie på 9 personer.

Huset ligger i et veldig stille område. Det er kun noen få hundre meter til en fantastisk Glamping med hyggelige beach barer og mange aktiviteter på strendene. Bassenget i huset er topp og barna koste seg hver dag. Det som trekker ned er at vi var 4 voksene og 5 barn. Huset manglet feks nok kjøleskap plass til så mange mennesker. Det er langt til nærmeste (ordentlige) supermarket så når man først handler, handler man mye. Det er det ikke plass til. Det er heller ikke lagt opp til nok henting av søppel. Vi var der i 9 dager, og etter 5 dager var alle søppelkassene ute fulle og det fløt av søppel. Vi hadde et fint opphold og Vojo (som er agent for eier av huset) var meget behjelpelig! Vi anbefaler å leie bil dersom man skal bo i dette huset. Det gjorde ikke vi og det begrenset oss en del. Men alt i alt er det et fint sted dersom man ønsker en rolig og avslappende ferie.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time at Villa Jagoda. Lovely terrace and seating areas and the pool was in constant use. Thankyou Richard for a lovely time.

Unbelievable Property and Location

We wanted to get away for the new year, as my wife is pregnant and boy was this place perfect! Over the new year, Pula was a little quieter than it normally would be, (which was exactly what we wanted). Pula is absolutely beautiful. The property boasts loads of space, with bedrooms aplenty, newly done bathrooms, a swimming pool, a balcony, the works. It can EASILY house 10 people, with enough couch space to seat up to 16, and a mezzanine level for socialising. It is perfect located near a lake/beach/marina and a huge camping park where, during the summer, I imagine must be the most incredible summer spot, with wakeboarding cables in the water, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc all accessible. This location is ideal for kids and adults alike, with copious amounts of restaurants, catering to all types within the local area. The property was very well maintained, and impeccably cleaned. It felt brand new! The gentleman who met us to let us in was extremely polite, punctual and very helpful showing us all the inner workings (hot water, heating, towels, etc), and then left us to it, just as we hoped. The house is at the end of a road which ensures peace and quiet, which is also great. The neighbours even came out to say hi, which speaks to the owner's personality. Speaking of the owner, he sent us several emails with incredible detail of things to do in the area, all which were so helpful and spot on! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a "home away from home" for a few days.

Great house, very clean and well equipped.

The house in Pomer (near Pula) is in an excellent location, very tranquil and with a view to a small bay. A Marina nearby provides rental of boats (large and small) for sailing, motoring, windsurfing, etc. There is convenient access to Pula and other parts of Istria. A nice fish restaurant is within walking distance and a couple of small cafes near the marina provide simple fare and drinks. A very small market, also within walking distance, is available for essentials. The agents responsible for the house are friendly and helpful. The owner, Richard, was always available (through e-mail) to answer questions and provide information. We would recommend the house without hesitation.

Beautiful House, Great Location

We had a great time in this beautiful, spacious and well-equipped house. It was well maintained and the owner has been helpful with the occasional issue. I loved the location; not too remote but still peaceful. The kids could not get enough of the pool, we often had to practically drag them out ;-) A small beach is within walking distance (about 900m), or you can drive a few km to one of the many others around. I hope we'll be able to come again soon!

Absolutely gorgeous house in a perfect location

I had one of the best holidays out in Croatia and this villa truly made it worth it! The house is set out in a spacious, homely way with a great veranda for breakfast and wine in the evening with a view of the sea. A short stroll from various activities including wakeboarding (if you are adventurous) or a number of beach bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this delightful villa and would definitely like to come back to this part of Croatia as there is so much to offer.

Luxurious Villa on the seafront of Pomer, Istria

My girlfriend and I stayed in this gorgeous villa with luxurious amenities right on the sea front of one of Croatias most breathtaking coast lines. Moments away from local restaurants and the high end harbour club for a special night out. We loved the large balcony especially at sunrise for coffe and sunset for a large glass of local Croatian wine! This place could comfortably sleep 10 people and we loved the spaciousness for just two of us! We will most certainly my be inviting our friends back to hang out with us next time. The pool and numerous lounging areas were perfect to cool off and the kitchen, tv area and en suites were very impressive. The beach front area is lively with a wake boarding park and beach fronts with lots restaurants, bars and water activities are a stones throw away. We hired bikes and had numerous cycle routes to choose from to the tourist and historic hubs of Medulin and Pula teaming with life and cultural events like the Croatian film festival and famous opera singers like Jose Carreras at the historic Roman built amphitheatre. We also cycled through the national park just across the causeway and found the most amazing cliffs to jump in the sea and a unique beach bar nestled into the cliffs, very cool! All in all it was a memorable and romantic retreat for us in a very memorable area and the most well presented and high quality villa. Highly recommended!
