Nice loft with terrace, in a cross between Via Maqueda and Via Roma in the wonderful city of Palermo.

The apartment, located on the ground floor of a building, boasts a living room with a single sofa bed, a television, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with oven, kettle and coffee machine. From the living area guests can reach a small inner terrace, furnished with table and chairs. A staircase lead guests to the sleeping area, furnished with a queen-size bed and an armchair. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

At guests' disposal comfort such as air conditioning in the living room and heat pump heating.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.
