Private underground parking is available, and a flight of steps takes you to a pleasant communal outside space. There is a gradient entrance to the side of the property with no steps.

Once inside this New England Townhouse-styled gem, you are greeted with a smart and relaxing lounge. The lounge has a comfortable armchair and twin sofas one of which easily converts to a sofa bed, a décor of grey, blue, white, and cream. Kick back and watch your favourite show on wide TV or just enjoy this calming space. The kitchen-diner has an impressive array of equipment, with a double oven, large fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, washing machine, and dishwasher, giving a real home-from-home feel. The dining table that easily accommodates eight people is a great spot for enjoying any meal prepared and recounting your day’s adventures in the process! Doors then lead you out to your own private, enclosed space with seating for eight guests plus a picnic-style bench; perfect for a little alfresco dining.

Venture upstairs and discover two stunning bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first room has a lovely double bed with quality linens. Bedroom two is equally inviting, with some delightful wall art. The bathroom has a corner bath with a shower over it so that an important luxurious soak can be enjoyed to the full. Stairs then further lead you up where two further bedrooms are revealed, one with twin beds, the second with a super king bed, which can be changed to twin beds upon request for added flexibility. There is a further family bathroom with a corner bath and shower.
