I didn't stay at the property I stayed in a low hotel..so it was bad for me
it was bad..the condo I booked wasn't where o stayed.. the owner booked me a cheaper HOTEL, when I booked a 2 bedroom with 2 bath..and the price of the hotel that was booked wasn't equal to the price I paid for the so called condo...
the owner is a fake..I regretted my stay

On September 10, 2018, the guest booked my condo for September 14-17 and September 17-19. He was told on both bookings the unit was not available except for Sept.16. The next thing I knew he was already en route to the Philippines. I hurriedly booked a four star Hotel( SEDA HOTEL) with free breakfast, one block from the condo knowing he was arriving from a long trip with no place to stay. I paid $380.09 for his hotel and I received $337.25 from him. The guest tried to reverse his payment but after a thorough investigation from VRBO he was found to be at fault.

1st Trip to Cebu
Pros - the owner was very responsive when I booked and answered my questions quickly, location near Ayala mall which has everything you need, great value, and very safe. Cons - the hot water didn’t work well for showers, basic supplies were not stocked (toilet paper, paper towels or cleaning items), and on our last day someone walked into the unit with keys because she thought we were gone. After talking to my son, she apologized and left but it was unsettling.

You did not contact the property manager regarding the water heater. There is a temperature regulator at the bottom of the vanity sink. It is usually set at low temperature as we don’t want anyone to get burned. Toilet papers are provided (2 rolls per bathroom) as well as cleaning supplies located in the kitchen. Be mindful that we are not a hotel but we would gladly provide you had you contacted us.
We apologize that the cleaning lady came in. We thought you left already. It was the first time that happened.
