Villa Le Majole is a beautiful vacation villa with pool and garden with large equipped outdoor spaces. A perfect solution for vacations in Upper Salento, in Manduria, just a few minutes by car from the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna. The villa offers up to 6 beds.
All the main accessories are present: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets. Parking space in the garden.

The entrance to Villa Le Majole is in a large space dedicated to parking. A driveway leads from here to the villa, skirting an area equipped for al fresco dining.
On the other side of the villa stretches the pool area in the green, with a solarium and lawn, to relax and fully enjoy vacations in nature. From a lovely veranda with a canopied canopy, you enter the interior of Villa La Majole.
The living area is a large open space with a careful arrangement of the relaxation area with a double sofa bed and TV, and the well-equipped kitchen equipped with a dining room in addition to a glass fireplace.
From the living room two hallways lead to the 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms.
The surroundings of Villa Le Majole in Manduria
The villa with pool Le Majole is located in the countryside just south of Manduria, along the districts leading to the beaches of the nearby Ionian coast.
The center of Manduria, a town with an ancient Messapian history and a famous Primitivo doc wine tradition, is just 5 km away from the villa and offers all services.
The nearest beaches are those of San Pietro in Bevagna located just 11 km away.





- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms.
