It´s next to one of the main arteries of the city making this house an ideal place to move around the Basque Country, since it is very close to the motorway exit and entrance. To get to know the city it is also an ideal place since it has bus stops nearby to move around San Sebastian comfortably, apart from the fact that the neighborhood has many services to enjoy the area.

San Sebastián is a pleasure for the senses. Olfactory and taste for the excellent gastronomic offer; visuals for the wonderful beaches and views obtained from the old Igeldo amusement park, which can be accessed by a mythical funicular; tactile for the pleasure of touching and feeling nature and the sand of its beaches; and heard by the bustle of people who come from many corners of the planet, mixing the native Basque with different languages from all over the world.

San Sebastián has many things to enjoy in the city, but don't forget to visit Pasajes and Albaola with the recreation of the 16th century techniques to build a copy of the San Juan whaler sunk off the coast of Canada. Astoria is a house for 2 people distributed in two rooms that has a balcony overlooking a park from which you can enjoy having breakfast or reading a book quietly. It has a bathroom with a shower, a living-dining room with modern touches and a small separation for the kitchen that serves as a bar, and that has all the necessary appliances to enjoy cooking, except for the oven.

It is a charming house, tastefully decorated and made the most of the approximately 40 useful square meters it has, and which is accessed through a building with an elevator. It has two bedrooms, one with a small 0.90m trundle bed and the other 1.35m double that overlook an interior patio and have large closets. An ideal place to rest and enjoy a big city.
