TrĂšs belles vacances

D'une façon globale, tout a Ă©tĂ© super. L'emplacement et la vue sont idylliques. Tout Ă©tait propre Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. Nous avons passĂ© vraiment un magnifique sĂ©jour. Le seul bĂ©mol qui nous fait mettre 4 Ă©toiles au lieu de 5 est que du matĂ©riel pourtant peu onĂ©reux Ă  l'achat Ă©tait en mauvais Ă©tat et aurait permis de passer un sĂ©jour parfait. Exemple: pas un seul parasol fonctionnel, en bon Ă©tat. Donc dĂ©jĂ  un seul parasol autour des transats pour 5 personnes, c'est lĂ©ger mais si il protĂšge Ă  moitiĂ© car il est cassĂ© c'est encore pire! Une poignĂ©e de porte cassĂ©e (gĂȘnant car c'est une porte qui donne sur l’extĂ©rieur). Et un volet roulant d'une chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas (gĂȘnant car rĂ©veillĂ©s la matin)... Cela n'a pas empĂȘchĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour mais pour une telle location Ă  ce prix, ce genre de soucis restent gĂȘnants. Enfin un coup de karcher sur la façade et le changement des stores jaunes qui partent en lambeaux donneraient un tout autre charme Ă  la maison. Un parasol, rĂ©parer un store, une poignĂ©e, changer des stores, c'est pas grand chose et ce n'est pas ce qui coĂ»tent le plus cher. Dommage que ça ne soit pas fait. Le sĂ©jour Ă©tant Ă©tĂ© juste PARFAIT!

Ferienhaus mit ausserordentlicher Lage

Das Haus besticht durch seine Lage hoch ĂŒber der Bucht von Moraira mit sensationeller Aussicht. Pool und Garten heben sich in der Gestaltung und Grösse von vielen vergleichbaren Objekten ab. Im Bereich KĂŒche waren wir enttĂ€uscht. Geschirr, GlĂ€ser bunt zusammengewĂŒrfelt, Kochutensilien leider teilweise mit Rostflecken und wie die ganze KĂŒche nicht so sauber gereinigt. Fazit: Das Haus bedarf im Äusseren einer sanften Erneuerung und einer neuen Grundausstattung der KĂŒche. Wir wĂŒrden es gleichwohl jederzeit wieder mieten. Sehr freundlich wurden wir von Herrn M. Schnier, Hausverwalter begleitet.

La villa estĂĄ muy bien. El Ășnico problema son las escaleras, asĂ­ que si alguien tiene problemas de movilidad mejor buscar otra opciĂłn. Muy buenas vistas y zona tranquila.

Great villa with fabulous views

The villa was a 5 / 10 minute drive from Moraira town centre. It was a very spacious villa and situated at the top of a hill so there were quite a lot of stairs to enter into the property. The villa was very well equipped and all bedrooms had air conditioning. There was a tv but unfortunately only in German and Spanish but that didn’t really effect us as we don’t watch tv on holiday. You definitely need a car as no shops/bars in reasonable walking distance. My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend

Villa in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sauber

Die Villa war bei Ankunft nicht sauber. Wir mussten erst einmal eine Grundreinigung machen, um KĂŒche und BĂ€der ohne Ekel zu nutzen. Diverse BeschĂ€digungen, wie defekte Moskitonetze, defekte TĂŒren ( nicht abschließbar), defekte ToilettenspĂŒlung, total verdreckte Sofas und Sessel, SpermĂŒll im Garten und der Pool komplett verschmutzt. Einzig der Pool wurde nach einer Woche durch Reinigung und Schockchlorung nutzbar gemacht. Alle Anderen Dinge blieben wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts unverĂ€ndert. EnttĂ€uschend bei dem Preis. DafĂŒr kann auch der Ausblick nicht entschĂ€digen. Wir waren schon in vielen HĂ€usern, aber in so einem Zustand war noch keins.

Este año hemos pasado unos días en familia en la villa Don Ernesto. La casa es muy grande, limpia y confortable. Estå muy bien ubicada y tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Ademås tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas bonitas vacaciones. Todo esto sumado a la amabilidad de Sven, que nos dio todo tipo de facilidades, nos recomendó sitios donde ir y cosas que hacer, fue de gran ayuda. Completamente recomendable y si volvemos a la zona tendremos esta casa como primera opción.

Wir waren im September 2016 zum zweiten Mal in dieser hervorragenden, gepflegten Villa. Alles prima - bestens, wie im Vorjahr. Im September vor allem besser fĂŒr einen Badeurlaub geeignet, weil Außentemperatur sehr angenehm, und das Meer vor allem "badetauglicher mit ca. 22 Grad Wassertemperatur" war. Wir werden auch 2017 wieder reservieren. Vielen dank nochmals an Sven & Malte fĂŒr die gute Betreuung.

Amazing villa

We spend 3 great weeks. Splendid view of the port of Moraira! The size of swimming-pool is comfortable. In the villa, each of us (4) found his place with 2 living-rooms and 3 bedrooms. Air conditioning in each of them was very appreciate. EXCELLENT holidays in this nice villa in summary..

Das war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, in einer gepflegten und wunderschönen Villa. Die Ausstattung ist Top, die Lage mit herrlichem Blick ĂŒber das Meer und ein Verwalter, der jederzeit ansprechbar ist! Der Pool wird regelmĂ€ĂŸig gesĂ€ubert und ist riesig! Wir können nur sagen: Immer wieder gern!
