About this property

APPARTMENT IN MARINA DE LA DUQUESA NEAR THE PORT OF DUQUESA

The apartment is very well equipped.
The kitchen is brand new, as is the furniture.
The terrace is very spacious and comfortable.
It has a fixed garage in the building.
We are in an urbanization on the beach 100m from "PUERTO DE LA DUQUESA" that has restaurants for all tastes, open all year round.
We are in front of a golf course.
The view is towards the mountains and the golf course, although we are close to the route we have soundproof windows and hot and cold conditioning.
The urbanization has four swimming pools, a paddle tennis court, a gym, a games room and a reading room.
Through the urbanization, you have direct access to the beach and the pedestrian path.
We are near Sabinillas, a small town that has all the services (supermarkets, shops and bars and restaurants).
We use this apartment regularly with our grandchildren and we put it together with all the comforts and with a lot of love.

We are repeat customers of Nelida’s property which sets the tone. There have been a few improvements which demonstrates that the owners listen to feedback. There is a new comfortable sofa bed in the sun lounge and a new fire stick in the main lounge to watch Netflix/Prime. The owners even bought a new stick for the tv in the sun lounge whilst we were there.A great apartment, well equipped in a really good location. Our only gripe is the 2027 pricing. We’ve looked at booking next year but the prices are markedly higher than this year which is a shame and has forced us to look elsewhere. We would highly recommend this apartment

Layout of the apartment was nice, only con was drying clothes wasnt easy with an enclosed balcony. There was a useful directory for bits in the apartment, although it would have been useful to know where further facilities were like the table tennis room, gym, route out of the development to the beach etc. The contact for getting access to the apartment, Monica was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the stay in the apartment was very comfortable, and with the beach being on the doorstep was very handy.

Perfect Location

This was a delightful property with all the facilities that one could ask for in a rented property. The location was perfect with the beautiful Duquesa marina right on your doorstep. The whole surrounding area is great but also offers easy access to places like Estepona and Gibraltar or even Seville and Ronda if you have a car.

A great apartment

We stayed for 3 weeks late June. The accommodation is excellent and very well equipped. The glass panels on the balcony are a great addition especially when it’s windy.Comms with those in charge are great. I would highly recommend this apartment as it is so well located with easy access to many of the surrounding areas.

La Duquesa

The property is located steps from the port and the beach. It boasts many amenities including AC and ample space. Everything is very well kept and comfortable. One tiny downside is that it can get noisy from traffic on the A7. Otherwise it is a great place to stay and explore all that the area has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Spacious apartment good value for money

Enclosed balcony means a lot of indoor space, apartment and block clean and in good condition, property manager was very helpful. Convenient location for amenities. Some road noise even with windows closed but not excessive.

Having stayed in this apartment on several occasions and think it’s really well equipped etc, we feel we need to comment on two matters. The first is the furniture in the sun lounge, they are, at best, uncomfortable. Wicker chairs/metal backed chairs and a sofa that is really uncomfortable. For such a really good space, the furniture could be a lot better. The second is the tv’s. The main lounge tv is so old and supposed to be smart but is not, neither Prime or Netflix are playable. The one in the sun room works for about 15/20 minutes then auto logs you out! A refresh of tv’s is recommended. Despite what we’ve commented on, we would still recommend this apartment.

Fantastic Home from Home

Super well equipped apartment. Location great. Loved having a parking space in the garage too. For a holiday rental it is extremely well equipped. We heard the road but it did not affect our stay as the bedrooms are insulated, plus the balcony being enclosed muted any noise. We didn’t use the pool area as the weather was not suitable. Easy access to beach, supermarkets and restaurants either by foot or car.. Highly recommend this apartment.

We have stayed in this apartment before so knew what to expect. The apartment is fully equipped, especially in the kitchen as we enjoy home cooking (despite there being a plethora of restaurants in close proximity). The main TV in the lounge is supposed to be a smart tv but doesn’t allow access to Prime or Netflix. The TV's in the master bedroom and sun lounge do allow access but are on the small side.Ideal apartment for those looking to explore Duquesa and the surrounding areas.
