Séjour au calme à proximité de Bologne

La situation de l'appartement offre un bon compromis pour la visite des principales villes d'Emilie-Romagne : Bologne (à 15 min), Modène, Ferrare, Ravennes et Florence n'est pas si loin, de même que la côte adriatique (environ 1 heure) si l'on souhaite faire 1 trempette occasionnelle ! Les collines du parc naturel régional que jouxte l'appartement, favorise d'intéressantes excursions pédestres toutes proches. A signaler également un très bon restaurant, à 350m... Enfin que dire de plus si ce n'est le formidable accueil d'Elena, ce qui n'est pas rien.

großzügige, moderne, gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtet Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung bietet alles für jemanden, der die ruhige, ländliche Lage sucht und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt sein möchte. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 3 Personen. Ein Parkplatz am Haus ist vorhanden.
