Charming family townhouse in the centre of Estepona old town, within a few minutes walking distance to shops, beach and bars.
This lovely house is an ideal holiday home for families of up to six guests, wishing to stay in the heart of Estepona old town. The property has recently been renovated and it is set on three levels.
Three double bedrooms, a family bathroom, a spacious lounge area, fully fitted kitchen, a cloakroom and a roof top terrace with table and recliner chairs.
The top bedroom has an independent air-con unit and a double bed (140x190) with direct terrace access. The master bedroom on the middle floor has a king size bed (160x190) also with an independent air con unit. The third bedroom is a twin, with two single beds. This room includes a ceiling fan.
A renovated family bathroom with a walk-in shower, is also located on this level.
Downstairs you have the spacious lounge area, with a large 55" Smart TV which has international channels, along with high speed fibre optic internet connection throughout the house.
The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker and hob. A small dining area at the entrance of the house, consists of an extendable dining table seating 6 people. We are sure that you will enjoy this property and regular holiday makers will definitely want to return in the future.

There is no on street parking at the property but a public car park is very close and costs 1 euro a day.
