The home features a parking area with a capacity for nine vehicles, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The SHARED outdoor area with a private pool serves as a picturesque sanctuary, inviting friends and family to come together and revel in the joys of both nature's splendor and each other's company. Surrounded by lush greenery, vibrant blooms, and perhaps a few towering trees, this open-air oasis provides a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The outdoor unheated pool's mesmerizing blue waters beckon guests to take a refreshing dip, while its ample size accommodates playful splashes and refreshing laps with ease!
• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.
HOUSE RULES
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 11 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $1,000.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited.
• UNAUTHORIZED PETS: The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a minimum penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
• PRE-CHECK IN FORM: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: Reservations made through Airbnb are not required to place a security deposit. Reservations made through other channels (i.e. Direct Booking, VRBO, Booking, Misterbnb, Whimstay, etc) are required a security deposit.
• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
Landscaper and Pool Maintenance: A landscaper and pool maintenance person will be on the property to maintain the property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.
Visits and Property Access: We will always notify you in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situation in the home.
