The US style kitchen is fully equipped with all that you could require - American fridge freezer, induction hob,oven, microwave, 2 coffee machines (espresso and filter), toaster. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the comfortable, well furnished living/dining room - a large table for up to 8 and large sofa.
A smart tv ensures that you can access your Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ accounts. 3 large sliding doors lead to the delightful garden. A covered terrace with table for 8 is accessed from the kitchen doors. There is a comfortable salon du jardin and loungers arranged around the 10 x 5m swimming pool which is a level 1.45m depth and equipped with safety alarm. There is a shallow beach area which is perfect for small children. Perfectly planted with palms and olive trees and tastefully lit at night this garden which is not overlooked offers a peaceful haven to spend an ideal holiday. There is a full size boules pitch (boules for adults and children are supplied), and a table tennis table and table football ensure that young and old alike are never bored.
There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor. There is a 160 x 200 cm bed, extensive wardrobes, tv and a superb shower room with walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor. A double room (bed 160 x 200 cms), extensive wardrobes and smart tv; a twin room again with extensive wardrobes and smart tv. the fourth bedroom is a double (bed 140 x 190 cms) with large chest of drawers. There are two bedside tables with lamps in each bedroom.
The family bathroom on the first floor has a full sized bath, twin wash-handbasins and a large walk-in shower. There is a separate wc.
The villa is perfectly situated half way between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains - visit the French Riviera or the famous Gorges du Verdon (Europe's very own Grand Canyon), go wine tasting at the many vineyards, walk or cycle through the vineyards and olive groves, (Euro 8 an old railway line transformed into a cycle/walking track passes quite close to the villa) A 1 km walk takes you to the typically Provençal village of Flayosc - lively and animated particularly in summer this is a village which is alive all year round. There are two small supermarkets, 2 bakers, a good butcher, bank, dentist, doctors. You will be spoilt for choice if you wish to eat out - at the last count there were 10 bars or restaurants of good quality in Flayosc itself. In the summer there are many activities - concerts for all tastes, boules competitions etc. Close to the wine cooperative, Les Trois Collines, on the edge of the village there is a new sports ground open to all with a range of fitness equipment and a VTT track.
Flayosc is indeed a destination for young and old and this villa offers the perfect accommodation of a superb holiday. You can wander around the shady streets and squares, admire the magnificent church of St Laurent and the beautiful fountains and lavoir. Flayosc has a charm which will captivate you as will Villa 3M.
