Villa George, on Beach Front

My name is Daniel, I do marketing and reservations. I am based in the city of London and I enjoy traveling in my spare time. I have been in 3 continents so far, North America, Europe and Asia and I hope soon i 'll visit south America. My dad George is running the property exclusively by himself and so far he is doing great if I can tell from our guests' feedback in various web portals. He enjoys a lot his summer project (running the villa) while in the winter he mainly takes care of his olive trees and he produces his locally made olive oil.

This villa is located 800 meters from the sea-front and roughly 2 km from the medieval village of Adele. The property is located in the outskirts of an 1200 years old olive grove planted during the Venetian era. The villa is fully furnished and comprises 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. The swimming pool is 18 meters long and 7 wide and 1.8 meters deep. The land itself is about 3000 sq. meters and on this land a nice garden of olive trees, flowers and orange trees exists. The scenery in general is typical mediterranean however the area combines stress free living, local cultural references and easy access to modern entertainment.

The house is located 78 km exactly from both the main commercial airports of the island and in close proximity to the beach (5-10 minutes walking). The area is very quiet and retains the traditional culture, however only 10 minutes away you can find grocery stores, car rentals, restaurants and beach clubs. It is a very unique location and everyone has loved it so far.
