**“Thank you for your interest in my cozy cottage in the heart of Rome. This unique 40sqm retreat offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful family stay. Enjoy your private garden or terrace while reading a book, having breakfast, or sipping an aperitif.

The apartment features a bright, modern design with a double bedroom and en‑suite bathroom, a living room with dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The sofa bed can accommodate one additional guest, and a baby cot is also available.

Its location is unbeatable: just a short walk from the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the metro, and the main city tours. You can easily reach Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, and the main shopping streets. For authentic Roman cuisine, the Testaccio district is just a metro ride away.

Perfect Location

Great location within easy walking distance to so many sites (Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and more). Many nearby restaurants and markets. Clean with two outside sitting areas and good easy to make coffee.

Coliseum Cottage was very convenient for my stay. I felt very safe and it was very quiet. The neighborhood also had plenty of dining options and a grocery store and bakery nearby.

A gem in the center of the city

My friend and I had a marvelous time in this apartment. Centrally located with 2 outdoor spaces. Property owner was prompt with responding to any concerns we had. Would definitely recommend it.

Location, location, location

This wonderful little cottage is tucked away off the busy street with 2 private city court yards. It has everything you could want or need. We walked everywhere, Colosseum, Forum, Circus Maximus, Trevi Fountain, Super Market, Resturants abound, neat little shops. Lorenzo was great. We will definately recommend this spot to family and friends, clean, comfortable, secure and great wi-fi to keep in touch with family. You won't be disappointed. Sherri and Michael

We thought this cottage was an amazing place to stay in Rome.Location: we thought this was the absolute best location. It's in a bustling little neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops, BUT not as busy as closer to Piazza Navona where our friends stayed. It was literally a 6 minute walk to where all the tours meet for the Coliseum and Domus Aurea. It took about 18 minutes to the Pantheon. The Cottage: From the street, you enter the cottage property through a little hallway. The cottage is basically located in a courtyard in between several other buildings. The cottage and it's 2 private patios felt extremely private, even though technically there are some other balconies looking down on you, nobody ever seemed to be there. We definitely like our privacy and felt it was very private. The cottage itself is very cute. It's fairly basic, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly. We totally loved it. Compared to a regular hotel, we thought this was an awesome way to experience Rome. We also loved that the cottage was stocked with Nespresso coffee pods, which made the mornings easy and enjoyable. The host: Lorenzo and his staff Mrs Karol gave us their WhatsApp and they awe're extremely attentive. Very quick to answer. Very friendly. Couldn't have been better. They manage several units and they are professional and know what they're doing.

The only thing we struggled with was that the bedroom has no air conditioner and no cross ventilation. Otherwise, we love the location and Lorenzo was wonderful.

Thank you for your stay. The air conditioning is only in the living room because the bedroom, given its size, would become too cold; since it is adjacent, it still cools down sufficiently. I hope to see you again soon. Best regards, Lorenzo.
