Cute cottage stay

Fantastic property! The cottage is lovely and well maintained with plenty of room for my family. It is in a nice quiet area with plenty of things to do nearby. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away for a weekend or a week.

Good house for a family get together.

Our family of 7 had a great time. The modern house was comfortable and worked well for us.We had some lovely walks by the many lakes and waterways and made good use of the swimming pool and sauna. We really appreciated being able to walk right from the front door into lovely countryside. The beds in the property were very comfortable and the house was warm. It would have been helpful if more than 4 coffee pods had been provided for 7 adults for a 3 night stay and if kitchen roll and a spare bin bag and adequate loo roll were also provided. Some shower gel would also have been welcome. By the 3rd night, the hot tub smelt so bad we couldn’t use it, despite us following instructions.

Cotswolds

Once we arrived it was very difficult to find the house. It was night by the time we arrived and there were very few lights to guide the way. The signs were all with faded writing and no lighting anywhere near the signage. The house was a good size and had everything we needed but was not particularly clean. The sofas were dirty and cushions were worn out, it was not comfortable. There was also a strong smell of something like heavy febreeze spray which seemed to cover up a stronger horrible smell. Unfortunately we did not discover what the horrible smell was until the last day, a bin with something extremely foul in it had been left and not emptied. The velux windows in the bathrooms did not let any light in due to be fikf
