Private En-suite With Free Parking & Breakfast

Welcoming guests to our newly-built, modern, well equipped, king-sized en suite with a complimentary breakfast. The ground floor room allows easy access.

We will provide all the complimentary breakfast items in the room, like bread, butter, croissants, crisps, juice, cake slices, fruits, tea, coffee and milk etc. All items are in the company pack.

- One extra bedding with breakfast is available on-demand (£15)
- Pets allowed (fee £10)

THE SPACE
The room is always maintained to the highest standard possible to allow you to feel cozy and comfortable after your long trips. The room is equipped with a King-sized bed with a nice mattress, appropriate beddings, and two bedside tables with lamps. There is also a table under the TV (please see pictures) where you can enjoy your complimentary breakfast or carry out your work-related activities. There is also a wardrobe with two drawers to allow you to stow away their luggage, clothes, etc.

We provide free tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk so please help yourselves to some nice morning/evening tea/ coffee!

The bathroom consists of a WC, sink unit, and standing shower. Soap, shampoo and towels are also provided.

In order to satisfy your entertainment needs, we have installed a TV with Amazon Fire Stick which will enable you to access YouTube, Netflix, BBC channels, ITV, Channel 4, and more on the TV. The Netflix and Amazon subscriptions are on us!

Lastly, we ensure that we follow AirBnB's cleaning routine each time a guest checks out. So please do not worry about the cleanliness!
However we request to all our guests, please maintain the cleanliness in room and bathroom.
Dirty stained toilet may caused to pay £15 for extra cleaning fee( as our cleaner charge us for it).

GUEST ACCESS
I always try my best to greet you during check-in and help make the process as smooth as possible. Although, I would really appreciate it if you can drop me a message 30 minutes before you arrive in case I am ever out.
If we are not at home, we provide self check-in.

Guests' access to the Ensuite is separate from the main property (please see pictures). You can enter and exit whenever it suits you without having to worry about disturbing us! However, we do request you to maintain silence at night time because we have neighbors and other guests. We'd love for them to have a good night's sleep!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We do not charge a room cleaning fee, so we humble request to all our guests to maintain cleanliness.
We charge £5 Cleaning fee only for washing and drying bedding and towels. It is only for a one-time cleaning. However, if guests require additional cleaning during their stay, it is available on demand on advace notice a day before or early morning. The fees for these additional cleaning would be £15/each time. Request to the Guest please provide the keys and not to leave any valuables in the room. please leave the room for atleast 2 hours for cleaning.

If guests require laundry service, it is available too. The fee for every load is £10. We will provide laundry mesh net bags for this service. We provide a very comfortable king-size bed with a standard height and a very comfortable Ikea mattress.
If anyone has back and knee surgery or an injury, we do not provide bed on demand ( high or low) as we can not change the bed accordingly.
