The Space:

Enjoy a luxurious stay in this spacious house with 6 en-suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. One of the bedrooms features a large terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals, from cookware to modern appliances. The living room, with a generous sofa and a dining table, is the ideal place for socialising. An additional guest bathroom adds to the convenience. For your comfort, the house features air conditioning in all bedrooms, a dishwasher, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole house, including the 6 bedrooms with double beds, 7 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a workspace. You can also enjoy the patio/balcony.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the charm of our neighbourhood on Rua do Duque de Saldanha! Enjoy the tranquillity of a typically local area, with a variety of shops right on your doorstep: cosy cafés, restaurants serving local specialities, bookshops for book lovers, antique shops with hidden treasures, and chemists for your convenience. The Campo 24 de Agosto metro station, just an 8-minute walk away, offers quick access to the whole city. Explore the wonders of Porto, from the vibrant Rua de Santa Catarina and the historic Praça dos Poveiros to the majestic Avenida dos Aliados and the picturesque Ribeira. Don’t miss the magical sunset at Jardim do Morro, with stunning views of the River Douro and the city. For a riverside experience, the 500 bus is ideal, departing from São Bento Station and travelling through Ribeira, Foz and the beaches of Matosinhos, ending at Matosinhos Municipal Market, where the cuisine of northern Portugal comes to life.



Getting Around:

Our location offers easy access to an extensive public transport network. The nearest underground station is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing quick and convenient connections to various parts of the city and the airport. For those travelling by car, we offer free on-site parking. Porto Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 minutes away by car or public transport.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.



If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there is a fee of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be determined upon request.
