Would definitely stay again in this property. We particularly liked having the use of a full sized well equipped kitchen. It’s set in a quiet residential area, and has private off road parking, excellent Wi-Fi, a good heating system and a very large flat screen television with Sky.

Nice place, Good Location

Nice place to stay for a few days, ideal for shows at the NEC, without paying exorbitant hotel prices. Clean and tidy, could do with a few small maintenance tasks here or there but to be expected from any rental property. I would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Convenieny and easy.

Convenient, temporary pied-a-terre Better sited ground floor smoke alarm. Smoke alarm for upstairs landing. Fire Risk Assessment appeared to be for a different property.
