Designed with your convenience in mind, your ensuite double room boasts ample storage space, allowing you to unpack and make yourself at home. A well-equipped desk including hot drink facilities is at your disposal, providing a comfortable workspace should you need it.

The room sleeps up to 2 people with a double bed and is situated on the second floor (up 2 flights of stairs). Your bed features hotel-grade linen, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Wrap yourself in the softness of our 100% cotton towels, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

The ensuite bathroom features a WC, sink and spacious walk-in shower. The towels and bath mats provided are 100% cotton for softness and comfort. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer.





You also have access to the rest of the communal areas both in and out of the house.

Inside features a shared kitchen, large dining room and small living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances you would expect including a gas hob,ovens, fridge freezer, microwave and more.

There is a washing machine and dryer located between the living room and rear property door.

There is pay and display parking nearby in the surrounding area and in the large public car park 20 meteres away from the property. Parking is pay and display but is free from 6pm to 8am. We have some helpful parking information in our complimentary guest guide book.
