Just on the other side of the boulevard you will find San Pedro de Alcantara which is the "sister town" of Marbella with all its genuine Spanish restaurants and shops. The apartment is newly refurbished and fully equiped.

The apartment is a modern and bright 3-bedroom penthouse, fully newly renovated. The property features a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms with a separate shared bathroom, perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.
