Nestled in a 2-hectare olive grove, the villa consists of three air-conditioned structures: a main building with a kitchen and living room featuring a fireplace, and an adjacent double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate entrance. Next to it is a two-story annex: on the ground floor, a relaxation and fitness area—essentially a small private spa featuring a sauna, an exercise bench, and an exercise bike for fitness enthusiasts even while on vacation. On the first floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase, is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private terrace. An inflatable mattress for a child can be added upon request. Just a few steps away, directly across the street, is the third two-story apartment with an internal staircase; on the ground floor is a living room with a sleeper sofa and a full bathroom, and on the first floor is a double bedroom where, upon request, an inflatable mattress for a child can be added.
Each unit is equipped with a TV with Netflix in the living area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
The panoramic outdoor patio features a dining area, a barbecue area, and a relaxation area overlooking the pool—over 10 meters long—nestled against fragrant hedges of rosemary, lavender, and thyme. The garden also features a small hidden oasis: a heated hot tub.
