Our flat is located on the fourth floor without a lift, but we assure you that every step is worth it! Once you get to the top, a warm welcome awaits you and an ambience that will make you feel at home right away.
Our space is a real gem on two levels. Downstairs, you will find the living area, where a large sofa invites you to relax after your adventures. The modern eat-in kitchen is ready for all budding chefs to prepare your favourite dishes. The service bathroom adds extra comfort to this area.
But the most exciting surprise is found on the upper floor. Here, two double rooms await you, each with its own unique character. One of the rooms offers a romantic little terrace with a view over the rooftops of Lucca, a perfect place to start or end the day on a sweet note. And to complete the luxury experience, you will find a large, elegant bathroom that turns every moment of personal hygiene into a moment of relaxation.

The best city break

The apartment is right in the centre of the city and really easy to find. Despite this it is quiet and we slept really well. There’s a lovely small balcony off one of the bedrooms with great rooftop views. It was clean, really well equipped- though with so many restaurants we didn’t really cook! We had a great time!

The Stairs are worth it

You need to be in good shape to enjoy this apartment, but the climb is worth the effort. Our only complaint is the washing machine was out of service and it was one of the main reasons we chose this listing, if you are in the same boat check before confirming your reservation

Superb location and flat

Typically Tuscan in a very beautiful area i.e. Lucca. The apartment was spacious and airy. All mod cons. Wonderful views from the terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. Don’t be put off by the stairs. It gets easier as the week goes on. Well worth the climb. Two toilets makes getting up easy. Super eating places in the vicinity and lovely quaint streets with beautiful buildings and churches.

Owner left us stranded outside for hours without instructions to enter the property. Also, air conditioning was not working. It made the house very difficult to enjoy.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city

This would be a 5+ rating if I were 10 years younger. This may be the nicest rental I have ever stayed at. It is located in the center of Lucca. It is elegant in style and well provided in function (cooking utensils, laundry, etc). But getting luggage there is difficult due to driving restrictions within the wall. And there are 74 steps to climb up to the apartment (I counted). At 65, the climb was hard. It is not for those with health issues. But if you are younger and healthy, it is great. Oh, once you unload your bags, parking is convenient and reasonably priced, even if a few minutes walk distant. I highly recommend this apartment.
