Seaview Villas I Modern Design and two swimming pools is a complex of two luxurious and modern villas and the complex is located in the village of Kallergiana in Kissamos. Two residences fully equipped to serve the needs and cope with the ambitions and dreams of the most discerning guests. Everything is designed in a way that the guest enjoys the ultimate summer destination.

Indoor facilities
Villa Kallos is a property in which the charming features will enchant guests that it has to offer. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa and a satellite-screen TV for unforgettable cosy nights with friends and family. Right next to there is a dining room with a table for 8, where you can enjoy elegant meals that can be prepared in the fully- equipped and modern kitchen. The greatest element of this villa is the extensive use of stone and glass, something that gives you direct access to the pool and the gazing view. Villa Phos is a three-storey residence that is magnificently proportioned and extravagantly appointed, the equipment and facilities at this property are of high standing. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities and a machine of Nespresso for lovers of good coffee. On the same floor, there is a dining area for 8 people and a living room with a satellite smart screen TV 55’’ with a sofa for a cosy and comfortable night with your loved ones. The whole house has direct access to the exterior area because of its design and the extensive use of glass. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double-sized bed and a satellite smart TV with access to an indoor veranda. The second bedroom has a double-sized bed with a smart satellite TV. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms with double-sized beds and a satellite smart TV with a mountain and sea view from the balcony. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two of which have a sea view from the balcony. In the attic, there is a very stylish designed bedroom with a double-size bed with earthy colours and a wooden rooftop, comfy with an ensuite bathroom and a glass wall element that elevates your stay in the villa! One communal bathroom with a shower & a WC exists on the ground floor adequate for all the guests and a communal bathroom with a shower on the upper floor.


Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the two large private swimming pools. Next to the pools, there are dining areas with a dining table of 8 people in each villa under a pergola where you can enjoy your drinks or food under the starlight sky. Sun loungers with umbrellas surround the pool offering moments of joy under the Cretan sun. A parking area is offered for 5 cars with no need for a pre-order.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 30€ per night from April to October and 8€ per night from November to March (including both villas). This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
