Ripped-Off

I booked this property a week ago and on arrival I received a message from the host that it wasn't available. It's been a week later and the host has not refunded my money, nor has this host tried to help me resolve the issue. Vrbo customer support left me out in the cold, not providing alternate arrangements. I had to put out more money, on the fly, for other accommodations. Vrbo, still has done zero to resolve this issue. Be careful about booking this property or anything on Vrbo.
