A 20 story new residential building in Dubai Science Park. Connected to the city via AlKhail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road near the schools, malls and hospitals. The building offers extensive outdoor facilities for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Loss of keys and access card are chargeable at a cost of 300 Aed per item.
