This oceanfront resort is one of the rare survivors of the August 8, 2023 fire, offering guests a unique, serene beachfront experience in the heart of Lahaina. With no neighboring hotels or condos nearby, the golden sand in front of the property feels wonderfully secluded—a quiet stretch of coast where you can swim, snorkel, or simply unwind to the gentle rhythm of the waves.

This studio apartment combines comfort and style with a spacious layout, a new Cal King bed, linens and towels, and a fully stocked kitchen for casual meals at home. Step onto your lanai and enjoy panoramic ocean views and spectacular sunsets each evening. This is more than a vacation rental—it’s a front-row seat to Maui’s beauty, a haven of calm, and a place to connect with the resilient spirit of Lahaina.

When you’re ready to explore, Lahaina Shores is a perfect home base. Enjoy shopping and casual dining at Cannery Mall, or visit nearby favorites like Mala Ocean Tavern, Honu Oceanside, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle. Kaanapali Beach, with its snorkeling, Black Rock cliff diving, beachside restaurants, and sunset catamaran cruises, is just a short drive away. I enjoyed my extended stay at Lahaina Shores Resort. Very peaceful which is exactly what I was looking for. Suite is very clean and nicely decorated. The only thing I would recommend, is to have a flashlight in the unit. Electric was out, and it was difficult to get around. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The communication was great, the lanai and view were everything I had hoped for, very clean property. A lot of rebuilding going on in the neighborhood after the fires (so happy to see!). Part of Front street was closed but still walkable to restaurants and some shopping (about 40 minute walk). Would definitely stay again.

Excellent spot in a great location

We loved our stay here. The space was perfect and the location just on the edge of Front Street made everything walkable. We loved having AC and a kitchen, and you can’t beat the beach views.

Lahaina Shores Gem

A perfect spot for us. We love being near Lahaina, but if you want to have oceanside accommodations, listen to the surf laying in bed at night, and see whales from your lanai, this is the place. Great location for day trips to Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas.

Great Location

Fantastic view

This place has a wonderful private location. You can leave the balcony glass door open and see the edge of the beach and the ocean beyond, and hear the waves.

Fabulous find!

We loved our stay here. Great location right in the beach with pool and spa onsite as well. Walking distance to shops and the Banyan tree. Clean and luxurious, especially with the balcony views! Would return!

Great location and property

My wife and I decided to come to Maui for our babymoon and we were very happy with the property. It is in a great location that is walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Additionally, the property came equipped with anything you needed for a beach day like towels, chairs and an umbrella. I would come back to this property again

Gorgeous view

The condo is exactly as described. It is beautiful with amazing views of the sunset and ocean. The pool and hot tub are great and were always clean. Plenty of beach chairs outside. We had a lovely trip and look forward to coming back!

Fantastic Spot

We loved the property, loved the location and had an amazing visit. Very clean unit and well supplied. Saw lots of humpback whales from the lanai. We went on the Ultimate Whale Watching boat from marina a few blocks away with Captain Brittany and it was fantastic. We definitely recommend this property.
