The monastery town of Walkenried is very beautifully situated, as you can start your hikes/bike tours from the house and hike/bike to the Ravensberg ,Stöberhai , to Braunlage or Bad Sachsa for example.

It is 3 km to a natural swimming pool, which is very clean and well maintained.

In Bad Sachsa (approx. 5 km from Walkenried) there are many shopping facilities (e.g. Edeka/Rewe/Aldi/Penny).

There is also the Salztal-Paradies with indoor swimming pool, gym, indoor tennis courts, skating rink and bowling alley.

Small cozy house you gone love!

first the garden, its fully enclosed so our dog could run around freely. The exit to the park in the back of the garden, and further to the forest.

Alles war sehr liebevoll und passend aufeinander abgestimmt.

Es fehlte an nichts. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Kontakt, alles sehr transparent und Mega sympathisch abgelaufen. Tolles sehr gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Alles da was man braucht. Vermieter immer erreichbar, und sehr hilfsbereit. Kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder vorbei! LG

Het is een klein huisje met een klein keukentje, maar o zo gezellig! De sleutel overhandiging ging zonder problemen en we kregen voldoende uitleg over waar alles zich bevond. De tuin is zalig voor de honden en goed afgesloten, achteraan is een deur waarachter een park zich bevind. Als je naar rechts gaat komt je in een mooi bos. De bedden hebben goede matrassen, maar de dekbedden vonden we toch wel wat kort. De kerstsfeer was er ook, doordat alles was versiert tot en met lichtjes buiten! Dus een aanrader om daar je vakantie door te brengen!

Tolles Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Das Haus ist top gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Es bietet reichlich Platz, sowohl drinnen als auch draussen. Schöne ruhige Lage mit direktem Zugang zum angrenzenden Park. Auch der Hund hat sich wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatte 4 wunderschöne Tage im Harz. Das Ferienhaus war klasse, es hat gut zu uns gepasst!

Gute Balance zwischen Unternehmungen und im Haus was tolles machen. Z.b. puzzlen, spielen, kochen und uns ausruhen. Der Ofen hat gut gewärmt und es war alles, da was wir brauchten. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfreich!

Wir und unser 6 Monate alter Golden Retriever haben einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub im Harz verbracht. Sehr nette Vermieter, eine gemütlich Einrichtung und die ruhige Lage haben für maximale Erholung gesorgt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt im Harz

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus Peggy sehr wohl gefühlt und trotz sehr schlechtem Wetter 3 tolle Tage im Harz verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Kurpark ist super mit Hund! Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder, dann hoffentlich bis Schnee.

Wir haben es sehr schön gehabt in Ferienhaus Peggy. Alles war vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Sehr Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mann kann den Hintertür herauslafen in den Garten, und kommt dan via der Gartentür in einem Park. Contact mit den Vermieter war auch gut.

We, Christoph Apel and Anna-Lena Preer, are a couple in our late/mid 30's. We are just starting to rent out our holiday home. We have been doing this for about 2 years now and are really positively surprised at how well our holiday home is received by our guests.
It gives us a lot of pleasure to offer our guests the best possible holiday.
2 years ago, we noticed this charming wooden house from the 1970s and
years and we liked it very much right away.
We renovated and refurbished the house until we were happy with it. Our guests are also very happy and we always get great feedback. We have also received awards from other portals for our house.

We are sure that we will be able to offer our guests a great holiday with our holiday home for many years to come.
