Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.

Property Details:

This 75-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



All bedrooms are street facing and furnished with double size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms with showers, sinks and toilets, available via hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £50. Both can be provide for £70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.



*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.



*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

I really liked this place. It’s very well located, clean, and quiet - perfect for resting. The neighborhood has all kinds of services, and it’s very close to Little Venice. Highly recommended!

If you’re visiting Paris with a big family - or even on your own but like having plenty of space - this is the perfect place. I would definitely choose it again. The apartment has lots of comfortable sleeping options, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: plenty of plates, cups, glasses, and pans. The flat is in a very safe residential building, close to the underground station and just about 10 minutes’ walk from Paddington train station.

This flat was convenient. The communication with the host was wonderful. They even sent videos to help with the check-in process. I have to admit that the pictures did make the rooms look more spacious than they were and the toilet/shower combination was a surprise.

The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a quiet and peaceful environment. It was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, situated near Paddington Station. This famous station is not only a beautiful historic landmark but also a major transport hub, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Whether you're arriving from Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express or exploring other parts of London and beyond, Paddington Station offers excellent connectivity. Overall, this flat was an excellent choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Focus on the guest experience

The location was great, but the beds were awful. One bed consisted of a flattened cardboard box with a mattress topper—no actual mattress. The property manager initially told us to pick up a new mattress ourselves, later offering delivery if we stayed home most of the day. We ended up borrowing air mattresses from a friend. Instructions were provided through YouTube videos, but the thermostat video didn’t match the apartment; we eventually found the correct thermostat sitting on a shelf. The second bathroom is just a toilet inside the shower area. It seems the owner is new to VRBO.

Don’t expect help or communications

The location listed was not the same as the actual location. 3 bedrooms meant 2 bedrooms plus a bed in the livingroom. A clogged drain with spillover on the floor they wanted us to fix. Took 2 days to come and attend to. All of their phone numbers were either disconnected or rang on and on. Would not recommend if there is an alternative.
