Stylish designer apartment located in an exclusive residential complex with five communal pools in Amarilla Golf. Spacious and bright, distributed on one floor, with an exquisite care to every detail, 300mb Wifi Fiber Internet and capacity for 6 people, with three double bedrooms. It has a large terrace with lateral sea view where you can have lunch, relax and enjoy the sun. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in the south of Tenerife.
It has three large bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and mood lighting. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe and the last one has two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. It has two complete bathrooms with bathtub in total, a fully equipped kitchen open to the cosy living room, with 55" Smart TV and exit to the fantastic terrace with chill-out area, outdoor dining area and sun loungers, where you can enjoy a good lunch, sunbathe and relax while contemplating the sea views and the swimming pool. It also has five communal swimming pools, for adults and children, of little depth, and two private parking spaces in the quiet residential complex in which it is located.
An unbeatable location, just about 100 meters from the beach with easy access, with all the necessary services around, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure points of interest nearby such as Siam Park, Karting, CC Siam Mall and water park, among others. With suitable areas around for cycling. It also has a quick connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island easily.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Italian coffee machine, juicer, toaster, iron, hairdryer, bed linen and shower and beach towels, cot and high chair, and much more.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor and has access to the pool area and the garage via an elevator, making it suitable for people with reduced mobility.
