The adjacent accommodation called Rifugio Quiet is available on request, consisting of an entrance kitchen with double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a bathroom with washing machine. Both apartments have level access and are equipped with parking space, air conditioning and wifi.

The building was built in the early 1900s and has always been the home of the owner's family, over time becoming the backdrop to countless family and city stories and stories.
