The space
Welcome to our stunning three-bedroom townhouse nestled in a peaceful oasis, just 6 minutes walk from Hammersmith train station.
This elegant, three-story home offers the perfect escape in the heart of Central London and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
As you step into the ground floor, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-plan kitchen adorned with modern appliances and a spacious six-person dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, ensuring that whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet dinner, you'll have everything you need.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a stylish living room featuring a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a Smart TV for entertainment (You'll need to use your own log in details for TV applications like Netflix, Prime etc).
The bi-fold doors reveal a delightful terraced garden complete with cosy seating and a state-of-the-art BBQ, providing a serene outdoor space to unwind. The festoon garden lighting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it ideal for outdoor gatherings.
Moving upstairs, you'll find two beautifully lit bedrooms on the first floor, each furnished with a queen or king-size bed, offering a restful haven after a day of exploring the city.
Each bedroom has a fan to keep you cool for a more tranquil and restful sleep on the occasional hot nights.
The family bathroom on this floor boasts a luxurious free-standing shower and a separate bathtub, perfect for pampering yourself.
The top floor houses a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed, a Nespresso coffee machine and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a free-standing shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for those who stay here.
On street parking is available outside the flat and adjacent streets. Guests need to pay for this parking by phone or via the RINGO app. Roads nearby control parking between 9am and 5pm.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Co-op Food and a Tesco Express supermarket a few minutes walk away.

We also provide 24/7 guest support before and during your stay.

Please water the plants when needed and most importantly enjoy our home!
Please be considerate in the late evening as this is a residential area and we live on the ground floor. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
Self check-in via lock box. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late check out.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for call-out for keys forgotten inside. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged if you lose the keys; please be careful with them.
No parties will be tolerated. An extra £250 will be charged should any house rules be broken.
Please turn off all lights and lock all the doors when you leave.
