What makes this property unique
Central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, no freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking available, on a first come first served basis, any guests with mobility issues can be dropped off and you can then park up the road at the pub. Front courtyard, rear patio. There is a ring doorbell so any guests with issues at check in can press to get assistance, images are not recorded. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. NOTE: The hill next to the house is steep and challenging for less abled. NOTE: The church bells are frequent on weekends in keeping with the beautiful traditional village setting. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles, River Derwent 0.1 miles
