A brand new luxury villa with private pool and enchanting seaviews! Fully blended with the surrounding nature, villa Mesogi I offers a small paradise for families or couples looking for relaxed vacations.
Our Mesogi villa I also features ramp access and bathroom facilities for people with reduced mobility.
The space
Our Mesogi villa I features two bedrooms with queen beds (1.60m x 2m) with mattresses made out of natural materials with the signature of the Greek designer company Coco-mat. It also features two ensuite bathrooms, sitting room with large glass doors that allow natural light in and fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoors is the perfect place to gaze to the sea and countryside views, and enjoy serenity and calmness. Or you may decide to sip your drink by the pool, or enjoy your BBQ with your party under the stars.
The villa offers bathrobes, slippers, private parking just outside the villa. Our villa I is at the entrance of a plot of land hosting 4 villas so, although its spaces are for its tenants' private use, the outdoor areas can be looked over by other guests when entering the plot.
Guest access
The villa, its surrounding space with BBQ and terraces, and the pool are all for your private use.
Other things to note
The villa conveniently stands at the heart of the island. It takes up to 15 mins drive to get to the furthest edge/location on this small island. It is c. 1km flat grounds to get to the village of Spartochori.
Mesogi villa I is part of a complex of 4 villas, so if your party is bigger, let us know as you could combine your reservation with booking another villa.

We built 4 modern villas, next to each other, each with its own pool and amenities and we endeavour to offer carefree and relaxed holidays to our guests. We own another villa of 150sq.m. elsewhere on the island (previously our second home as we originate from the island), which we use as a vacation rental for the last few years, so we are not new to this business.
