This modern air-conditioned one bedroom condo is the perfect base to explore nearby dive sites, the turtle farm, and ocean-side restaurants.

Less than 3 years old the bright end-unit with high ceilings offer lots of natural light and feels spacious.

Perfect for digital nomads or a scuba break-away. Lounge on your private patio or by the swimming pool. Cook up a storm on the Weber charcoal grill.

The beach is just a 3-minute drive away. Enjoy incredible poster perfect sunsets right across the road at the public dock, to the backdrop of the big blue sea. A convenient spot for divers, kiters or a relaxing getaway.

The space

A bright open plan living area ensures that you can cook, have your wine and socialise together.

The outside patio is perfect for your morning coffee before you start your exploring.

The cosy air conditioned bedroom ensures that you will have a sweet deep sleep to energize you for your vacation.
The couch in the living room is very comfortable for the third guest. Please note this is a regular couch and not a double sleeper.

Drive 10 minutes to the Cayman Kite surf school and learn to kite in the best beginners location in the world...consistent wind, shallow warm water that's calm inside the reef.

Cooler, umbrella and beach chairs are there and ready for use.

Step across the road to the public dock for the perfect sunset spot. Walk 10 minutes to the best bar on the island called Macabuca or 2 minutes down the road to Vivo for a fresh tasty lunch.

Pop around to Liberty's and get the local dining experience.

Get your scuba fix within walking distance for world class shore dives. The unit includes a home-built dry rack for your BCD and regs.

Roll the grill down to the pool for a sunset cookout.

Very clean with everything we needed

Responsive host with a spotless, quiet condo. Host has thought of everything— beach towels, chairs, etc. would definitely stay again if we are ever on the island again.

New West Bay condo fully equipped with everything you need. Responsive host. We enjoyed our week long stay depite heavy storm hitting West Bay for several days.

Paradise in Cayman

This is a very nice property in a great location on Grand Cayman, halfway between Lighthouse Point and Turtle Reef. The unit was clean, well organized and nicely appointed. We had to contact the host for a couple of minor issues and he was very prompt and accommodating with a response. Highly recommend if you’re planning to stay in Grand Cayman.

Perfect for a small family

I was super nervous about booking with a newish listing on VBRO but this place was so close to the Turtle Centre so I went for it. I do not regret anything! We would definitely stay there again! We felt safe in this peaceful little area. Yes there was construction all around but that didnt bother us a bit. Lots of facebook groups said not to stay in west end but we had 0 issues at all. We went to the Turtle centre 5 times, dolphin discovery, did a tour with Captin Marvins to snorkel the barrier reef, coral gardens and stingray city. We drove to rum point early in the morning to swim with a sea turtle by the dock, visted starfish point, smiths cove, governors beach, cemetery beach, rode jet skis off seven mile beach, and we went to west bay beach alost every evening collecting sea glass. Ate at the tiki bar at the Cracked Conch twice. We then would return to swim in the pool on the property for a nice little wind down. The locals in the area were all very nice. The only "non pro's" for us was that the bed and couch were a little lumpy. If those were to be replaced it would make this a 10/10 for us. But it did not lower our opinion of the place. This is a perfect little place to stay and the price was unbeatable. We rented a car so driving literally a few seconds to the turtle center/dolphin discovery, around 3 minutes to west bay beach, and around 15ish minutes to cemetery beach was perfect. Highly recommend and definitely will be back❤️

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

North West Point is imho one of the most underrated areas of Grand Cayman. It offers the quiet neighbourhood feel close to the ocean while still only 15 minutes drive to George Town. Of course I love Macabuca, best sunset spot on the island.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

For sure the side windows that come with the end-unit makes this one bed feel much more spacious and open. The high ceilings and added backyard with 'golf-course quality' grass also adds to this feeling of openness.
