Ideally Located
The Chamartín district is located in the northern part of the city. This upscale neighborhood is ideal for newcomers. Chamartín takes its name from Chamartín Market, a 1,600-square meter indoor arcade that is perfect for gourmands. Visitors can shop for fresh fish, meat and produce along with pâtés and other specialty food items. Given the proximity to the market, it's no wonder that Chamartín has wonderful restaurants and imaginative bars and cafes. The area is also home to the National Auditorium of Music, home of the national orchestra. Another key neighborhood landmark is Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, where the football team Real Madrid plays, and also the District’s proximity to the business center Las Cuatro Torres.
El Viso is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Madrid, with wonderful architecture and dining. This exclusive enclave is home to many of the city's elite. El Viso is the site of Auditorio Nacional de Música, Spain's national auditorium, and the stunning Modernist Santuario de Santa Gema church.

A security deposit of €3270 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
