Kolwitz (Prenzlauer Berg). There is an Edeka supermarket just across the street and 2 discounts around the corner. plenty of restaurants and bars all around

What makes this property unique

The building was the location of the DDR communist party's switchboard. It has been renovated into trendy loft occupied by artists, musicians, art academics and creatives.

you can enjoy the full loft plus the terrace and BBQ

The building has a small playground and a courtyard to run around for kids plus the big park and playground at the water tower of Kollwitzplatz (Wasserturmplatz) is just a short walk away. Our kid used to walk there alone when we lived in Berlin.we have a private parking but you will hardly need to use your private car. Metro and tram are 50 meters away and pleanty of shared scooters, bikes and cars.
