The ground floor of the villa features a generously proportioned living area, comprising a cozy sitting room and a spacious dining area capable of accommodating sizable gatherings. Additionally, there is an office area, a convenient WC, and a double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. The retro-style kitchen is fully equipped, self-contained, and includes a dining table and a sitting area. Step outside to the shaded dining area or relax on the patio with its stylish outdoor seating, where you can revel in the vistas and starlit nights while enjoying quality time with loved ones.



On the first floor, you'll find another inviting living area with a small kitchenette, a washing machine, and a compact refrigerator. This level houses three bedrooms: the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and another with a double sofa bed. There is an additional bathroom on this floor. For those seeking added privacy, this level has a separate entrance.



A spacious wooden staircase ascends to a generous open-plan room in the attic, which includes two beds, and an attic bedroom with a double sofa bed. Throughout the house, you'll find strategically placed windows that frame the extraordinarily beautiful sea and island views.



Guests will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa, complete with a private shaded terrace and a private pedestrian road leading to a stunning sandy beach. The villa manager is readily available to provide a comprehensive concierge service.



The villa is conveniently situated near the charming village of Stenies, just a short drive from the main Andros town, Chora, where all essential shopping needs can be met. It is part of a select group of five homes, each with private entrances and outdoor areas. All five residences enjoy direct access to a pristine sandy beach, with a nearby taverna for dining.



Approximately 4 km away lies the quaint Hora, where you'll discover fashionable shops, excellent restaurants, bars, and notable museums, including one of Greece's renowned modern art museums. Andros offers an abundance of walking trails and boasts splendid beaches, making it a haven for nature enthusiasts.



To make the most of your stay in our villa and explore the wonders of Andros, we recommend hiring a car. On-site parking is provided for your convenience. Hora is a mere 4 km away, while the primary port of Andros, Gavrio, is approximately 40 km from the villa.



You can easily access the beach via the pathway, which also features a beach bar. Additionally, there is a taverna just a minute's walk uphill from the villa.
