Welcome travellers to our stylish and spacious 2BR APT nestled in the heart of Sliema, offering you the perfect blend of coastal charm & contemporary comfort.
This property offers a large, and well designed living area with a comfy sofa and a large TV, which is perfect for short and longer stays. The spacious living area compliments to the ooze of the APT.
Also included, is a fast WIFI speed, perfect for any type of usage and AC in the rooms. All the apartment is private for our guests.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, a large coffee table, and a TV. Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 6 guests to have a good meal!
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub. The kitchen is equipped for both long and short-term rentals.
Bedrooms| 2 Bedroom APT, all with 1 double bed and the other with two single beds.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
