Wonderful property in a great location

The property was wonderful and quite large. There were 4 of us that stayed there and loved how close it was to restaurants, the theater district and so many local attractions. The company was incredible about their communcation with me and even when I had a little hiccup at check in, they helped to correct it right away. I will stay here the next time I come back to London. It was a fantastic stay!

Spacious and perfect location

Very close to 2 tube stations, quiet neighborhood with plenty of options for restaurants. Very spacious and clean place! We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of room! Host was quick to respond with any help needed.

London visit

Good location. Cleaners could be a bit more thorough. Had to remove spider webs in a few rooms and the floors in the bathrooms were not clean. Location is good. Excellent space with great amenities.

We stayed a couple of nights - it was the perfect location for us. Apartment was clean & tidy, plenty of towels and the beds were comfy. Only concern were the light on one of the bathroom cabinets wouldn't turn off and the TV was a bit complicated to use.

Great location, funky but not very practical interior

Great location for site-seeing. OK beds. Not very practical furnishings. Needs a bit more thought in use of space and practicality for example great kitchen just no where to sit and eat for 4 people.

Great location.

We had a wonderful time in London. The location of this property is ideal. Restaurants, pubs and stores within a very short walk. Did not realize it was in the lower floor and had to navigate steps, but not a major issue. The patios were not cleaned but the property inside was. A little musty smell but not strong. Property management was excellent to deal with.

Great Location

This apartment is in a great location and the fact that it is a basement apartment it was fairly cool. There were many little cafes nearby which were very convenient for us. It could use a little TLC. The photos posted were obviously taken many years ago. We were a little disappointed in that the patio areas were so dirty and full of bugs that we could not use them or open the windows for air.

Difficult Communication

The manager never got in touch with us after 4 days of trying. We had to book another place at the last minute due to no contact as we arrived from San Francisco and had no information. Very poor service.

Roomy apartment in great location

3 of us (a couple and I) stayed in the apartment for a long weekend. Check in was late in the day - we weren’t able to check in before 3pm. There is a convenience store around the corner where you can leave your luggage for a small fee if you arrive in the am and don’t want to lug your suitcase around town. The apartment is just like the photo. There is a spacious master Br with a bath, a smaller BR with a hall bath, a small courtyard, a small parlour and a larger room that serves as kitchen and living room. The kitchen appliances are all new and the home users guide is very good. The apartment is a level down from street level, so you can hear/feel the nearby underground line, but I didn’t find it disruptive- it was bout like staying near the ocean and hearing the waves. There is a heavy iron gate at street leveL with a padlock. I found it hard to see the numbers on the lock, and the gate is difficult to maneuver. So that might be a limitation for older or handicapped guests. the smoke alarm was chirping my first night but the rental agency sent someone the next morning to fix it. the neighborhood is safe and busy. There are good pubs and restaurants within a couple of blocks. The tube station is a 5 min walk, and Regents park and the British Museum are both about 10 min away. Overall it was a very good stay.
