A few kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca and 2 km from the Felloniche beach, nestled in the typical Salento countryside, lies this beautiful estate featuring various accommodations and a shared pool.
The estate offers three detached accommodations: Lamia Centrale, La Punta and Trullo 1821.

Lamia Centrale is a charming stone house built around an ancient lamia, featuring a sea-view pool and a further depandance with bathroom consisting of toilet and shower with curtain (no bidet) and a queen size bedroom.
The main house is spread over two levels:
Ground Floor:
Entry into the kitchen area with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and stone walls.
A niche with a relaxation area featuring a sofa (single bed) next to the fireplace, usable during winter and spring.
A few steps lead to a convenient bathroom with a shower and a spacious countertop.
Behind an antique pajara door, a queen size bedroom with three windows, including one with a garden view.
Upper Floor:
Accessible from the first bedroom internally or via an external stone staircase.
A second double bedroom with two windows and a large French door opening to a small terrace with views of the sea, pool, and surrounding countryside.

Outdoor Areas
A spacious pergola with built-in seating and a large central table.
In front of the house, under an olive tree, another stone table made from an old granite millstone from an ancient oil mill.
A service area with an outdoor kitchen (including a sink, induction hob, oven, and BBQ).
At the back, a small bathroom with a washing machine and outdoor drying rack.
A convenient outdoor shower with hot water and curtains for privacy.

Detached Unit
A short walk from the main house, surrounded by greenery, is the detached unit, offering:
A double bedroom, a complete bathroom, and a shaded pergola ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Shared Amenities
Guests of the estate can enjoy:
A beautiful ornamental garden with a lovely sea view.
A large shared pool with exclusive use of a designated area featuring an umbrella and four sun loungers.

Pool Details
Size: 14x7 meters with infinity edges on two sides offering sea views.
Depth: Maximum of 2.50 meters with a diving board.

Nearby Locations
Felloniche beach: 2 km (5 minutes by car).
Nearest town: Castrignano del Capo (less than 4 km) with various services available.

Things to Know
The pool is unavailable off-season, approximately from 15th of October to 15th of May. Guests must sign the rental agreement upon arrival. Pets are not allowed.
Check-in: 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM (late arrivals after 10:30 PM incur an extra charge of EUR 50, payable upon arrival; arrivals after midnight are not allowed).
Check-out: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Guests must inform the host of their arrival time a few days in advance.

Additional Costs to pay on arrival:
Tourist tax not included and payable upon arrival.
Bed and bath linens available upon request for EUR 15 per person per week.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival.
Penalties apply for waste disposal failure (EUR 30) and unclean kitchen/stoveware (EUR 25).

Note: Due to the estate’s location in nature, the Wi-Fi signal may occasionally be weak, making it unsuitable for remote work.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 22:30 and 00:30 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.




Information for the shared use of the pool - Tenuta Le Farcole

Dear guests,
welcome to Contrada Farcole.
In order to guarantee you a pleasant and relaxing stay, we would like to illustrate some aspects
related to the shared use of the pool reserved for our guests. To ensure this, we need your
collaboration.
The pool and related spaces can be used from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 15:00 to 20:00. Daily cleaning
and disinfection of the pool will be taken care of by the person we have appointed during the closing
hours. For hygienic-sanitary reasons, it is strongly recommended to take a shower before entering the
pool. For children who still use diapers, it is suggested to use special containment pants specific to the
pool.
We would like to remind you that there is NO surveillance service (lifeguard), therefore, for safety
reasons, it is recommended to constantly monitor the use of the pool by children under 12 years of
age and in any case by all those who cannot swim. In any case, the responsibility for access and use of
the pool is personal and for minors under 18 years of age, it falls on their parents or reference adults.
The appropriate use of the diving board is allowed, so as not to disturb other guests present.

Similarly, in order to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for everyone, all guests must refrain from:
- Consuming meals in the pool area;
- Playing music with speakers;
- Raising their voices and shouting.

For the same reasons, access by outsiders and private parties by the poolside are not allowed.
Each house will have 4 sun loungers and an umbrella available, which will be marked with the name of the chosen house (La Punta, Trullo 1821 e Lamia Centrale).
In addition, the furnishings available at the poolside can be used. Beach towels not available.
To ensure the privacy of all of you, guests of La Punta and Trullo 1821 will use the stairs on the diving board side (South) to access and leave the pool, while guests of Lamia Centrale will access through the stairs on the Wind Rose side (West).
At the end of the day, please remember to retrieve the used towels and personal belongings, for which we do not assume any responsibility.
