Located in the heart of the city, Sukhumvit Soi 15, the 150sqm Harmony Living Condominium features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, new air conditioning, comfortable mattresses, strong Wi-Fi, a professional gym, and a rooftop pool with a sauna. The fully equipped kitchen with a stove, hood, refrigerator, and washer/dryer ensures convenience, making it an ideal choice for families or travelers.

1. Location/Location/Location: it is located in the very very very prime prime prime area of Bangkok downtown in the main tourist area (towards end of Sukhumvit Soi 15, walking distance to Sukhumvit Soi 11, where is the busiest entertainment area with 7-11/Tops supermarket/nice restaurants/bars/ Lounge/Disco/ Massage shop (Health Land)/Level Top Restaurant/Bobo Club/Food Land at Nana Bts Station, Arab street and many other shops). You can even walk to the Bumrungrad Hospital at Soi Nana/Nana area. The Korea Town is also located opposite of our main road Sukhumvit Soi 12/opposite to our Soi 15, easy to walk there, just across the road.
1.1. With its location, it is easy to travel to and from all tourist destinations/ shopping malls (we do have free shuttle to drop you to Terminal 21 Shopping Mall/Bts/Mrt Asok Station and mid lane of Sukhumvit Soi 11 for Street Foods Market/Top rated restaurants/bars). We are only 100 meters walk to Kong San Sap Canal with public boat to reach the Siam Square/Siam Paragon/Pratunam Mall within 5 minutes travel time and even to reach the Grand Palace with only 20 minutes travel time.
Remember the walking distance of our apartment to all locations:
-700 meters to main road of Sukhumvit Soi 15,
- 900 meters to Terminal 21 Shopping Mall-Asok Bts/Sky Train station (free goft cart shuttle to this location with limited working hours),
- 700 meters to Street Foods Market of Sukhumvit Soi 11 (free goft cart shuttle to this location with limited working hours),
- 900 meters to Nana Bts/Sky Train station,
- 500 meters walk to Mrt/Airport Rail Link Makkasan Station (train to/from the Suvanarbhumi airport) towards the back Lan of Kong San Sap Canal
- 100 meters walk to a long tail boat pier to go to Pratunam Market/Siam Square Center/Grand Palace and Chao Phraya River.
1.2. This residential area is very very very quiet (good for family with children/quiet couple/people love to work online with conference call), as it is located inside the lane with 700 meters away from Sukhumvit main road (staying near main road is too loud, due to the noise of motorcycles/vehicles and Bts Sky train, which operate most of the day), so our location is suitable for people, who look for a quiet location with free shuttle to go to main road or even easy to walk to Mrt/Airport Rail Link (Arl at Makkasan Station). However, since it is located near Nist international school, there will be traffic jam during school off time (Mon-Fri, 3.30pm to 4.15pm) so please plan to travel during this timing, after such time, there is not traffic jam in this lane at all, especially Sat-Sun and holidays.
1.3. We do provide Free Shuttle (Working hour: 9am to 5pm, except Sunday) to drop you guy from the building to Terminal 21 Shopping Mall (route 1) and to mid lane of Sukhumvit Soi 11 (route 2). We only provide drop off only, we don't do pick up service from both routes 1 and 2 (you can come back by motorbike Thb10 each/tuk tuk/taxi for Thb40 from main Sukhumvit Soi 15), however, if you see our golf cart by chance, you can definately come back by the golf cart.
2. We are not neither a new building nor new apartment unit but we are a very well maintained properties with team of serviced minds. The apartment is one of very large renovated/well-maintained with 2 bedrooms with total usable area of 150 sqm. available in Bangkok downtown, which can accommodate up to maximum of 6 people. We have 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed in each bedroom and with 2 Extra beds available (put 1 extra bed in each bedroom, fee applied). These 2 bedrooms are ensuite (bathrooms are attached to bedrooms with shower rooms in both bathrooms plus 1 bathtub in master bedroom) plus 1 guest toilet room, so there are 2.5 bathrooms in the apartment. There is also one maid room with bathroom (shower room) available attached to the back of kitchen, which we have turned it into a wash room with private washer and dryer (maid room is for your family use, if you ever bring your maid or nanny to take care your children, please inform the host, so we can prepare bed for her).
3. There are warmed rooftop swimming pool, professional gym (branded new) with hot sauna (men and women have separate sauna room in the bathroom at the gym) on 8th floor. Gym of this building is the top quality, we have invested Usd50,000 for these new gym equipment, you must try it. We do also have co-working meeting room with separate private WIFI at this meeting room to support your group meeting or business conference (if needed) and it is located in the big gym room with private free WIFI at speed of 300/300Mbps.
4. Located near Sirikit Park, where you can go to joking/walking/biking. It is one of the biggest Public Park in Bangkok for you and your family to enjoy your exercise/joking/walking. Get free shuttle to drop you to main road at Terminal 21 Shopping Mall and walk about 10 mins to reach the park.
5. We have provided Free Fiber Optic internet to allow you to work from our apartment and in the whole building (even at swimming pool/Gym) make use of our meeting room.
6. We do provide Free Parking on the ground floor. We have snacks/drinks vending machine located on the ground floor too.
7. We are very near to Sukhumvit Soi 11, where there are well known entertainment center with varieties of restaurants/bars/Massage shops and convenient stores (2 stores of 7-11 and Family Mart). Search the Loft Hotel in Sukhumvit Soi 11 for direction in net.
8. Electricity and Water are inclusive so no hassle of how much electricity/water consumption.
9. Free unlimited drinking water in the form of 18 liters water bottles, you can ask for unlimited replacement, once the initial bottle is fully consumed and returned empty bottle to exchange with new bottle at our office on ground floor.
10. Easy to contact the Host for any help/issue or any unhappiness, the Host and his team member (more than 5 members to support you) will find the best solution for you. By writing review without letting Host to find solution/solve your problem/issue/unhappiness for you during your stay, it does not give any benefits to both of us.
What are not available or not provide in this Apartment (do not expect for this booking):
1. No daily cleaning provided, however, you can contact Host to coordinate with cleaner (reasonable cleaning fee of Thb1000 inclusive change of linens/towels, we use good hotel for laundry service so it cost more than Thb500 for laundry the linens/towels). Please try to make use of our washer/dryer available in all our apartments, if you wish to get fresh towels every day (detergent packages are provided in the apartment).
2. No Breakfast provided but it is very easy to buy from supermarket and prepare your own breakfast (our kitchen has full facility for cooking).
It is 150 sqm of usable area/apartment located on 2nd floor of 8-storey building with large living room, 55 inches Smart TV (good to watch Netflix/Amazon Prime/you tube), dinning area, full kitchen/washing room with private washer and dryer in the apartment. Everything you need for your stay is being provided, just like your second home.
Extra bed or sofa bed can be arranged for 5th/6th person in each bedroom with extra fee, so if you need extra bed or sofa bed arrangement, please contact host, you will have probably to increase number of guests to reflect the extra bed fee.
Summary:
It is not a new building or a new apartment but it is a very very well maintained and clean apartment for you to enjoy your stay. The location is very convenient to travel by Bts/Mrt (Asok/Nana Stations, 900 meters ) and Phetchburi Mrt station (500meters), long tail boat station (100meters). We do provide free shuttle to drop you off to the main road at Terminal 21 Shopping Mall, which has both Bts/Mrt station (Asok Station in Sukhumvit Soi 19/21) located.
