The Space:
This flat in Porto offers a bedroom with a double bed, ensuring a relaxing stay. The private bathroom is complete with all amenities. The open-plan living room and kitchen provide a pleasant environment to relax and enjoy your stay. For your convenience, the flat includes a washing machine, dishwasher, television, and Wi-Fi.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire flat, which includes a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a work area. Enjoy all the amenities, such as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV, and a full kitchen.
The Neighborhood:
In the heart of Porto, the flat is located on Rua de Álvares Cabral, an iconic street with a rich history and vibrant atmosphere. Just a few steps away, on Rua de Cedofeita (about 300 metres), you will find a variety of shops, from fashion boutiques to craft and antique shops. Indulge in the local cuisine at nearby restaurants and cafés. For your daily shopping, a supermarket is conveniently located within walking distance. Cedofeita paid parking is also nearby, making your stay easier.
Getting Around:
We would like to welcome you. For information on public transport, the flat is located at Rua de Álvares Cabral 57, 4050-040 Porto, Portugal. The nearest underground station is Aliados station, about a 5-minute walk away. São Bento train station is a 10-minute walk away. Porto Airport (OPO) is about a 20-minute drive or 40 minutes by metro. Paid parking is available nearby.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
In case you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon consultation.
The tenant undertakes to, whenever requested by the host, allow a staff member to enter the property to carry out inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a cost limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
We have a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to ask (please consult us for the price).
